<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Partnership Activation Manager </span></strong></p>
<p><strong>Summary</strong></p>
<p>The Partnership Activation Manager will oversee the development of the partner activation strategy for the Columbus Blue Jackets and Nationwide Arena.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Responsibilities include:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop customized activation campaigns for team marketing partners which utilize trademarks, players and other assets to accomplishing the following items</li>
<li>Accomplish other defined partner objectives</li>
<li>Identify and create opportunities for the Blue Jackets and marketing partners to develop co-op marketing and sales programs which drive ticket sales</li>
<li>Work with the sponsorship sales staff to formulate and present sponsorship proposals featuring activation components and budget allowance</li>
<li>Foster cross-promotional initiatives between Blue Jackets Marketing Partners</li>
<li>Serve as an extension of the partner&rsquo;s marketing department when needed to assist in the execution of Blue Jackets activation programs</li>
<li>Work with Director and Managers of Partnership Marketing to execute partner promotional programs</li>
<li>Build positive relationships with key contacts marketing partners</li>
<li>Develop and manage department budget</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications and Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required, preferably in marketing, business or similar area of study</li>
<li>Understanding of ticket sales strategy and processes</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills</li>
<li>Persistent and professional follow up on projects</li>
<li>Ability to plan marketing initiatives and projects in 12-16 months in advance</li>
<li>Creative vision to develop unique promotional initiatives which accomplish objectives</li>

<p><strong><em>Qualification Standards:</em></strong></p>
